Ford created a Facebook chatbot in an effort to reach an untapped audience: 25-41 year old females who are currently shopping for a vehicle and feel visiting dealerships can be an uncomfortable and an inconvenient experience. The chatbot is designed to make car shopping as natural as chatting with a friend.
My team developed 3 campaigns to test on Facebook in the format of in-feed videos. The goal of these videos is to promote the chatbot.
